If i could make a suggestion....
If you really want to get into banner making, you should download a program called "GIMP" its a free image editing program thats much like photoshop. So if you dont have the cash to shell out for PSCS4, then i'd suggest getting that.
Legally i cant tell you that you can download Photoshop from somewhere, get a keygen for it, crack it and then have it for free for the rest of your life, because its not legal. The law prohibits you from downloading software illegally from torrent sites like ThePirateBay.org, and then using the program utorrent to download the torrents from that site.. 100% Illegal...
