So, you have a problem and a Community helper cannot assist.
This is a situation which warrants a ticket.
A ticket is simply a message which only a GM can read.
Before making a ticket follow these steps:
Step 1: Manners
Be polite, no matter how frustrationed you may be. Being polite in your ticket will often urge the GM to do it first. Remember you may have a problem but it is not the GM's fault.
Discuss the issue, be polite and be calm about it. Explain the problem in as much detail as possible, the more information we have, the quicker we can solve the problem.
Step 2: Check the Knowledge base.
This can be done by clicking the Icon.
You will then see the knowledge base screen, you can do one of 2 things, use the search function, or simply click one of the topics there.
Step 3: If your problem isn't covered in the Knowledge base, then you need to make a ticket.
To do this follow the below steps.
i) Click on the Icon.
ii) Then click one the icon.
iii) You will then be prompted to enter some information regarding a ticket.
Which will look like this:
Remember to include details regarding your problem, the above image could have a few things to improve the information:
Race, Level, and what else they have tried.
Once the ticket is created, you will have a small box that looks like this:
When you are serviced, a GM will appear to you(If nessiscary), GM's can be identified by there blizz tags, Like below:
There are also some formats you must avoid whilst making a ticket, one is the inclusions of paragraph spaces, EG, Hitting enter.
If you were to enter:

Q. I have a UI addon which has removed the "?" icon, How can I make a ticket?
A. Simply copy this into a chat message:
Q. I made a ticket but no one has answered it? Whats wrong?
A. GM's are not online all day every day, tickets can only be serviced by GM's whilst ingame.
Q. I made a ticket, and a GM deleted it, what happened?
A. If a Gm feels that a ticket doesn't warrant a response, it will be deleted, A few examples of what GM's will not respond to are "Begging of any kind, this includes raid, gear, Teleports, events or anything else. Information that can be gained from wowhead.com or thottbot.com.
