need some help!

can anyone show me the faster way to obtain all components for a Mekgineer's Chopper?(not all).....i have the arctic fur,the salvaged iron golem parts,goblin-machined pistons and elementium-plated exhaus pipe.....but i also need 40 handful of cobalt bolts(i'll get the schematics sooner...so is not a problem) and my big problem are those titansteel bars,i heard those things can be found in ulduar...after beating a specific boos...but must be another way..must be...please advice me!help me!

the handful of cobalt bolts are not a problem...i've discovered a way to get those things...but i still have my BIG PROBLEM....the titansteel bars....

Titansteel bars are made from Titansteel which can be mined In icecrown, but the smelting CD is 23 hours

ohhhhhh....is not fair....now i wondering why is this happening to me !!!! my second problem comes today,when i tried to buy the mekgineer schematics...( i have exalted reputation with viliance expedition) and i can't buy the schematics....so i think is a bug....can anyone fix it??????i really want to get that motorbike....i've tried this since i've updated the burning crusade to wrath of the lich king..is MY BIG UNFINISHED QUEST....
