Spartan with Xperl. I hate Pitbull. Also alot more addons that you do not see. Also using Prat 2.0 for chat as it's the shiznit when it comes to that. I love it when I'm GM'ing as it allows me to repeat up to the 50 previous commands I used and can copy and paste chat.

I used spartan Ui like once, and cried because I hated it so much.
I only make my own UI's now.
EDIT:: Just noticed, this is quite a while ago, at about patch 3.1, Before I had hit 80 and got meh Tier 8.5

Yeah I got the same UI as Kaiyn ^_^ I hate the normal UI its too hard, plus i usually have every move i can in my bars+ trinks, mounts, and pets etc.
