So i wake up yesterday, everythings fine, then i dont know what happens but it feels like my spines trying to jump out of my skin and then its sore for the rest of th day and today its the base of my spine and its just......OUCH i hate pain -_-"

Mostly 3 but there is a lot more.
1.Watching someone you love die in front of you.
2.Being backstabed an be traded by your so called friend.
3.Wakening up an feeling so much pain you don't want to move.
Those are some ways you can feel pain.

Back pain hurts bad you can get that mostly from bad mattress are falling a sleep in a chair.Did you fall a sleep while in a chair that can be a reason why your back hurts.
