    After You Do Level From Shattrath Quests(63 I Think)You Can Go In Terrokar Forrest And Make 2 Quests from Cenarion Thicket(After Cenarions Thicket Quests You Will Have 66) Then You Can Go In Nagrad Or Other Sides

    You can go in Nagrad to make quests for level up.
    Aeris Landing have some quests...you need to do 2 more quests to make lvl.70 from Aeris Landing
